Therapy Services Director

About the Role
The Therapy Services Manager will form part of the Senior Management Team of the hospital, with full accountability for both inpatient and day care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate therapy services to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure that all colleagues receive clinical supervision in accordance with professional guidelines.
- Carry out management supervision as appropriate.
- Participate in on-call duties as directed by the Hospital Director.
