Inside Sales Team Member

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administration Coordinator to join our team at Moon Executive Search. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales administration cycle, from initial client contact to managing client inquiries and orders.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and proposal writing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM database.
- Coordinate sales meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- Assist with lead generation, scoping, and screening to assess client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales administrative role, preferably in the IT, Telco, or Tech solutions industry.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
