Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at Team First as a Regional Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with M&E consultants and contractors across a range of commercial projects, finding new business opportunities, and managing projects through to completion.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with M&E consultants and contractors to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Manage and execute sales projects from initial contact to close, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

About Team First:
