About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at MacGregor, a leading provider of sustainable maritime cargo and load handling solutions. As a Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, working closely with customers and our global service network.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert technical support to customers, including repair and maintenance of equipment in the MacGregor product range.
  2. Stay up-to-date with relevant developments, routines, processes, and news within MacGregor's major customers active in the business area.
  3. Collaborate with the local MacGregor service network to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Electronic technical education.
  • Field service experience and proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
