Lighthouse Games is a new AAA studio in Leamington Spa, defined by its pedigree of talent and serious ambition to build a new best-in-class game. As a Senior Technical Artist, you will be part of a collaborative environment where you can create the best work of your career.

You will support artists and content creators by creating and defining pipelines and tools that enable them to create efficient and high-quality art for our games. You will work alongside artists and engineers to establish best working practices for content creation and help establish and push the benchmark for quality in our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain efficient art pipelines and tools
  • Collaborate with artists and engineers to develop best working practices
  • Ensure tools enable a collaborative and efficient workflow
  • Mentor and help Technical Artists develop their craft
Requirements
  • Solid scripting abilities in Python or other languages
  • Fundamental knowledge of rendering pipelines, HLSL/GLSL
  • Good knowledge of 1 or more DCC packages such as Maya/Max/Blender/Houdini
  • Excellent communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices for game content creation
  • Development experience in Unreal Engine
