Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Artist to join our team. As a Senior Technical Artist, you will play a key role in supporting artists and content creators by developing and maintaining pipelines and tools that enable them to create efficient and high-quality art for our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain pipelines and tools that support the creation of high-quality game art.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with artists and engineers to establish best practices for content creation and ensure that our tools and pipelines are optimized for efficiency and quality.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to junior artists and engineers, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our pipelines and tools to ensure that they are aligned with industry best practices and meet the needs of our artists and engineers.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Solid scripting abilities in Python or other languages, fundamental knowledge of rendering pipelines, HLSL/GLSL, and good knowledge of 1 or more DCC packages such as Maya/Max/Blender/Houdini.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with artists and engineers to achieve common goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of best practices for game content creation, including experience with Unreal Engine and a passion for gaming.
