Job Title: Specialist Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Support Worker to join our team. As a Specialist Support Worker, you will work closely with twins who require support and care. Your kindness, patience, and ability to build strong relationships will make a significant difference in their lives.

About the Role:
  • Provide support and care to twins with autism, enabling them to reach their full potential.
  • Work closely with the twins' dad, who is a vital part of their lives, and communicate effectively using British Sign Language.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the twins' unique needs.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Encourage the twins to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the twins receive comprehensive support.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Previous experience working with young adults with autism.
  • Commitment to building strong relationships and providing high-quality care.
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
