Specialist Support Worker Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Specialist Support Worker to join our team at Talent Finder. As a Specialist Support Worker, you will work closely with twins who require support in their daily lives. Your role will involve providing high-quality care and support to enable them to reach their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide specialist support to twins with autism, focusing on their individual needs and goals
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with the twins, their family, and other professionals involved in their care
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans

**Requirements:**

* Valid driver's license and ability to drive
* Good computer skills
* Experience working with young adults with autism
* Ability to communicate effectively using British Sign Language (BSL)
* Patience, calmness, and a willingness to learn new skills
* Commitment to building relationships and providing high-quality care
