About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop PowerBI dashboards to deliver people data to stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure headcount is aligned with agreed targets and budgets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparts across the business to ensure data requirements are fully understood and provided within agreed timelines
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Support the wider HR team with ad-hoc project data work
  • Unlock business potential by analyzing all available people data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in reporting technology, market trends, and key people trends
Requirements
  • Competent user of PowerBI
  • Understanding of key HR metrics
  • Ability to present and explain data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite and Executive level
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data analysis and data trends
