About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our ICS team as a Customer Relationship Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining relationships between Elis UK Limited and our clients. This role will also involve providing comprehensive administrative support to our Account Managers and proactively managing a portfolio of client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients for contract management and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Support the internal service inbox and respond to customer and internal enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deal with customer complaints and provide resolution in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Run and manipulate customer reports using Excel and Power BI to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Upload information into customer portals and utilize KPI and KAPTA platforms for reporting.
  • Coordinate and support Account Managers with contractual paperwork in line with company processes.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including local and regional management teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement projects and workstreams to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Support other teams on an as-needed basis during periods of high demand or staff absence.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, and ability to manipulate data to inform business decisions.
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and interpret information effectively to drive business improvement.
