Position Overview
The Client Integration Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering extensive technical and commercial assistance to both prospective and current clients. Acting as the primary liaison within the Sales Operations team, this position is crucial for fostering new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional service levels for existing clientele. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying, implementing, and enhancing effective strategies to serve clients, with a focus on either technical or commercial support, while being flexible to perform both roles as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through system configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Inform clients about new functionalities and product advancements.
- Ensure accurate configuration of client accounts and resolve any issues that arise.
- Communicate client feedback to facilitate process enhancements.
- Lead or engage in improvement initiatives as required.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the business, products, and industry best practices.
- Support client integrations and oversee new order specifications.
- Manage client pricing, service level agreements, and internal sales platforms.
- Provide training and guidance to the Sales Support Team.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Familiarity with integration systems, including but not limited to EDI, Linnworks, Shopify, Pim, and Aspin.
- Understanding of internal systems and processes.
- Awareness of the current client base.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Strong commercial insight.
- Capability to prioritize, plan, and organize personal and team workloads.
- Robust problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Composed and systematic approach, able to manage demanding workloads, including fluctuations.
