Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs in their own homes.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding and challenging environment, supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and complex health needs. You will be responsible for providing personal care, medication management, moving and handling, and clinical equipment management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Manage medication and clinical equipment
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
