About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Active Care Group as a Weekend Support Worker, providing care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Weekend Support Worker, you will be working on a flexible zero-hours contract, with rolling rotas to ensure you have a consistent and regular work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our clients with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of our clients' care plans, working closely with our care teams to ensure their needs are met.
