Our client is a leading provider of Independent Wealth Management advice to private clients and business owners. Due to internal growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join their client services team as an IFA Administrator.

This role is ideal for someone with experience working within an IFA / Wealth Management Practice, possessing strong product knowledge within HNW Pensions & Investments, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to a team of IFA's
- Preparing correspondence, including letters and emails
- Being the primary point of contact for IFA's, clients, life offices, and members of the business
- Maintaining administration systems
- Ensuring daily workflow is completed
- Assisting with the management of the IFA's portfolio of existing business
- Preparing new business and review packs
- Performing general administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning duties
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role, with whole of the market product knowledge and strong use of Provider Platforms. Industry qualifications are advantageous, but not essential. Full study support is available for those keen to progress.
