Head of Sustainability Strategy and Innovation

GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Head of Sustainability Strategy and Innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Certified B Corp organisation with ambitious plans, delivering technical sustainability outcomes particularly around sustainability strategies.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies that drive business growth and improve environmental performance.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify opportunities for sustainability innovation and develop proposals to win new business.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional projects that make a difference.
  • Advocate for GS2 | B Corp™ to new individuals and organisations to expand our reach.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in consultancy, delivering technical sustainability outcomes particularly around sustainability strategies.
  • A self-starter with motivation and ambition to deliver without constant oversight and management.
  • Naturally engaging, comfortable talking at events and engaging senior business leaders.
  • Experience winning new and expanding upon existing business, by identifying client opportunities, delivering proposals and winning work.
