At GS2 | B Corp®, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Sustainability Strategy and Innovation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable strategies that drive business growth and improve our clients' environmental and social performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainable strategies that align with our clients' business goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality sustainability projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize sustainability opportunities and risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of sustainability services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability and innovation

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sustainability consulting and strategy development
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
