We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Sustainability Strategy and Innovation at GS2 | B Corp®.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of helping companies understand, prioritize, communicate, interpret, and execute their sustainability strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sustainability strategies that drive business growth and improve environmental performance.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business development and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our services remain relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.
- Proven track record of delivering technical sustainability outcomes, particularly around sustainability strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex business data and make informed decisions.
