Job Title: Head of Brand Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Brand Marketing to lead our brand and marketing function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive brand vision, driving impactful marketing initiatives, and ensuring that all marketing activity resonates with and meets the needs of our diverse customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Leadership: Lead the strategic direction and decision-making process for the Marketing team, collaborating with senior leadership to align brand strategies with business goals.
  • Brand & ATL: Maintain consistent brand positioning and visual identity across all touchpoints, lead the development of own-label brands, and oversee agency relationships to optimize ROI.
  • PR and Influencer: Create and execute a customer PR strategy that aligns with brand values, driving impact through influencer relationships and monitoring social media trends.
  • Content and Social: Oversee a comprehensive content and social strategy to engage customers, driving brand loyalty and acquisition.
  • ESG / Responsible Claims: Lead marketing efforts aligned with the group ESG strategy, ensuring all communications are accurate, compliant, and uphold brand values.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience as a marketing and business leader, developing and optimizing brand initiatives and campaign activity to impact customers.
  • Creative marketeer able to assess creative ideas, drive creative direction, and improve consistency and quality of creative output aligned with brand visual identity.
  • Balanced brand and commercial marketeer, ability to bring storytelling to life for customers, as well as being data-led, ROI driven, and commercially astute.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple marketing workstreams.
  • Detail-focused and fast-paced, motivated both by developing strong customer plans as well as reacting to tactical needs of the business dependent on performance.
  • Senior leader, ability to manage key stakeholders at exec level, working cross-functionally with other departments and a proven leader of teams developing a high-performance-focused culture.
