About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join our Legal Services Team at Coventry City Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a varied and large caseload, including all aspects of commercial property law.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial property law and will be able to provide expert advice on a range of matters, including leasehold reform, unregistered and registered title investigations, and commercial debt advice.

You will also be required to support junior members of the team and assist with training trainee solicitors. We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary, a comprehensive pension scheme, and a generous holiday allowance.
