Safeguarding and Attendance Officer

Protocol National Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safeguarding and Attendance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our education support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high attendance rates and providing a safe and supportive environment for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with families and pupils to promote attendance and engagement
  • Implement government guidelines on unauthorized school absence
  • Collaborate with the school business manager, Headteacher, and SLT to achieve attendance goals
  • Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders through effective communication
  • Work across two primary sites in Chesterfield, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
