Business Development Officer

At Learning Curve Group, we're passionate about transforming lives through learning. As a Business Development Officer, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute recruitment events to drive learner numbers within our academy.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to support local recruiting initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting to your line manager, highlighting your understanding of the academy's performance and projected activity to boost recruitment.
- Build and maintain relationships with salons to promote CPD and apprenticeship opportunities.
- Support the onboarding process for apprenticeships within Hair & Beauty.
- Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company.
- Ensure compliance with Safeguarding, Prevent, and Health and Safety Policies.
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with local businesses.
- Ability to provide monthly updates to support recruitment efforts.
- Knowledge of apprenticeships within Hair & Beauty.
