We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Careline Response Officer to join our team. As a vital link between our vulnerable customers and the support services they need, you will be responsible for handling emergency and non-emergency calls, attending customer homes to assist those who have fallen, and liaising with emergency responders and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional, caring, and consistent service to customers through phone and in-person interactions.
  • Use specialized equipment to safely lift customers who have fallen.
  • Liaise with emergency responders, healthcare providers, and other services to ensure customers receive the support they require.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact sensitively with people of all ages and abilities.
  • Experience working under pressure and using your own initiative, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems to accurately input and retrieve information.
  • A current driver's license that allows you to drive vehicles with a manual gearbox.
