Careline and Response Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Careline Response Officer to join our team. As a vital link between our vulnerable customers and the support services they need, you will work a flexible 24/7 rota to handle emergency and non-emergency calls, provide a professional and caring service, and attend customer homes to assist those who have fallen.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle emergency and non-emergency calls from customers, providing a professional and caring service.
- Attend customer homes to assist those who have fallen, using specialized equipment to help lift them safely.
- Liaise with emergency responders, healthcare providers, and other services to ensure customers receive the support they require.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact sensitively with people of all ages and abilities.
- Experience working under pressure and using your own initiative, with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using computer systems to accurately input and retrieve information.
- A current driver's license that allows you to drive vehicles with a manual gearbox.
