Key Responsibilities- Run nurse-led clinics for treatments and education, including face-to-face, video, and telephone clinics.
- Provide psychological support to patients.
- Develop and deliver specialist education and training to other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with clinical colleagues to develop services and improve the quality of care delivered.
- Effectively communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to audit, quality initiatives, and research projects as required.
We are looking for a nurse with:
- Appropriate NMC registration.
- Diploma or degree in nursing.
- NMC recognised mentorship qualification.
- Evidence of continuing professional education or development in the area of immunology and allergy.
The ideal candidate will have post-registration experience at Band 5 or above, with a strong interest in immunodeficiency and allergy. They will also have awareness of recent advances in nursing practice and experience of implementing changes to benefit patients and improve nursing practice.
