Job Title: Registered General Nurse

HCR Ltd is seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at a reputable NHS hospital in Preston, UK.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver nursing care and support to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  2. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
  3. Provide support to families and carers, as well as helping patients to manage their conditions and improve their quality of life.
  4. Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition.
  5. Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  6. Hold valid NMC membership and clinical experience with a valid UK visa.
  7. Be vaccinated against Hep B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tuberculosis, and COVID 19.
  8. Have a valid DBS certificate on the DBS update service and in-date mandatory training certificates.
Desired Qualities:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  3. Car driver is desirable but not mandatory.
