Job Summary

eTeam is seeking a highly skilled HCM Security Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot HCM security issues and implement effective solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Create and assign data roles and security profiles to ensure secure access to sensitive information.
  • Develop and manage security roles for reports and data access, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  • Utilize HDL/SHDL for user management and data import, and develop auto-provisioning rules to automate user management.
  • Support various HCM Cloud modules, including HR Core, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Profile Management, and Performance Management.
  • Analyze data to create functional documentation, including business process flows, requirements documents, test plans, and test scripts.
  • Test security roles and document results, ensuring compliance with security governance and industry best practices.
  • Design security roles for FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse)/FDI, and support HCM Cloud modules.
  • Implement HR Risk management and Advanced Control module, and monitor user activity to prevent security breaches.
  • Automate HCM configuration and transaction monitoring, and analyze data to identify security risks.
  • Manage Client Service Requests, and conduct audits and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Apply Agile software development practices, and develop BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports to support business decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proficient in using Sand Box and its components, and IDCS console administration.
  • Knowledge of SOD controls, and ability to design security roles for FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse)/FDI.
  • Experience with HCM Cloud modules, including HR Core, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Profile Management, and Performance Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and create functional documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
