Job Description

Role - eTeam HCM Security Consultant

Duration - Initial 3 Months

Rate - 430/Day (Inside IR35) (Via Umbrella)

Location - Hybrid 2 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting HCM Security Issues:

  • Identify and resolve security-related problems in HCM systems.

Security Configuration and Management:

  • Create and assign data roles and security profiles.
  • Develop and manage security roles for reports and data access.
  • Implement auto-provisioning rules and automate user management.

Security Governance and Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to security governance and industry best practices.
  • Implement HR Risk Management and Advanced Control module.
  • Monitor and enforce SOD controls and user activity.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in using Sand Box and its components.
  • Expertise in IDCS console administration.
  • Knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI report development.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Support various eTeam HCM Cloud modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security-related issues.
  • Communicate security-related findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HCM security concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with HCM Cloud modules, including HR Core, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Profile Management, and Performance Management.
  • Proficient in using HDL/SHDL for user management and data import.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile software development practices.
  • Knowledge of Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and Fusion Data Integration (FDI).
