In this role, you will:

  1. Independently produce high-quality deliverables for client engagements.
  2. Execute a variety of intricate tasks that require sound judgment to implement HCM solutions tailored to client needs.
  3. Utilize established methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes.
  4. Demonstrate proficiency in delivering both functional and technical solutions for moderately complex client projects.
  5. Engage effectively with client management to understand their requirements and provide strategic insights.
  6. Contribute to business development initiatives to expand our consulting services.
  7. Design and configure comprehensive solutions for moderately complex projects.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a consulting capacity.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as an HCM Consultant.
  • Expertise in at least two of the following areas: CoreHR, Time & Labour, and Compensation modules.
  • Proven knowledge in additional modules such as Absence, Fast formulas, Benefits, and Learning.
  • A strong understanding of HCM business processes and integration techniques.
  • A relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with clients and team members.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
