Job Summary

eTeam is seeking a highly skilled HCM Security Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot HCM security issues and implement effective solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Create and assign data roles and security profiles to ensure secure access to sensitive information.
  • Develop and manage security roles for reports and data access, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  • Utilize HDL/SHDL for user management and data import, and develop auto-provisioning rules to automate user management.
  • Support various HCM Cloud modules, including HR Core, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Profile Management, and Performance Management.
  • Analyze data to create functional documentation, including business process flows, requirements documents, test plans, and test scripts.
  • Test security roles and document results, ensuring compliance with security governance and industry best practices.
  • Design security roles for FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse)/FDI, and support HCM Cloud modules.
  • Implement HR Risk management and Advanced Control module, and monitor user activity for SOD controls.
  • Automate HCM configuration and transaction monitoring, and provide data analysis and functional documentation.
  • Manage Client Service Requests, audits, and documentation, and apply Agile software development practices.
  • Develop BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports, and ensure compliance with security governance and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proficient in using Sand Box and its components, and IDCS console administration.
  • Knowledge of security governance and industry best practices, and HR Risk management and Advanced Control module implementation.
  • Ability to interpret security access points relationship, and manage elevated user access and monitoring.
  • Understanding of Area Of Responsibility (AOR) and its connection with OTBI/BI.
  • Proficient in using HDL/SHDL, and knowledge of SOD controls and monitoring user activity.
  • Ability to develop and manage security roles for reports and data access, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
