Security Officer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our specialist Security team at OCS Group. As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and safety of customers, staff, and premises in a leading retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
- Provide assistance to customers and tenants as needed, including answering questions, providing directions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Monitor and operate the control room, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and car park equipment.
- Manage the signing in and out of visitors, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
- Conduct regular patrols of the car park to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of vehicles.
- Be prepared to cover the duties of the night officer during holiday periods or other absences.
- Reliable and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
