About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a Relief Security Officer, you will be responsible for conducting airport-style searches of employees, visitors, and contractors leaving the site, as well as patrolling industrial, scientific, and office buildings and the site perimeter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough searches of individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the site
  • Patrolling the site to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and contractors
  • Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to incidents and alarms
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Working collaboratively with the security team to maintain a safe and secure environment

Requirements:

  • 1 year's experience in the security industry
  • Valid SIA license
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
