Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services in the Brimsdown area.
As a Security Officer, you will receive comprehensive training across multiple sites, ensuring you are well-prepared to handle a variety of security tasks.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting searches of individuals, vehicles, and belongings according to site protocols.
- Providing support, guidance, and information to all staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Meeting and greeting staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Preventing and deterring unauthorized access to the site.
- Monitoring fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV.
- Conducting external and internal security patrols.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed.
- Recording and reporting all faults, health and safety hazards, and unsafe working practices.
- Undertaking any other duties as requested by Branch Management.
- SIA Licence
- Driving Licence
- The right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable history
- Excellent customer service, people skills, organizational skills, and time management
