Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing categories, reviewing spend levels, and reducing commercial risk for the company. Occasional travel to operating sites will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage categories to optimize procurement and reduce costs
  • Review and analyze spend levels to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce commercial risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement, category management, or sourcing
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience leading tenders
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Above-average computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of the mining, resources, or construction industry (preferred but not essential)
