Position:
Senior EMEA Project Coordinator

This position is designed to spearhead the internal initiatives aimed at successfully executing EMEA Flavour Solutions (business to business) project commercialization.

These initiatives encompass the introduction of innovative products and modifications to existing products/packaging produced in facilities across the EMEA region.

This crucial role guarantees that speed and innovation are maintained as essential competencies, while ensuring the team remains focused, motivated, and aligned with project goals.

Manage commercialization initiatives to ensure timely and complete delivery.
Oversee a diverse array of projects in a structured, collaborative manner, with meticulous attention to detail.
Clearly articulate and communicate priorities and risks to foster action and engagement.
Develop new methodologies and enhance existing processes to facilitate continuous improvement in the efficiency and quality of project delivery.
Assist in Pipeline Meetings as part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework.
Provide mentorship and support to direct reports and other members of the commercialization team to foster their professional growth.
Identify development opportunities for the team and lead recruitment efforts as necessary.
Garner stakeholder support for process enhancements and provide assistance to resolve issues hindering project advancement.
Previous experience in project management within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or similar environment, leading cross-functional teams.
Experience in line management, overseeing team members in remote locations.
Proficient in English.
Holds certifications such as PRINCE 2, PMP, Prosci Practitioner, or other relevant qualifications.
Familiarity with Salesforce.
Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Possesses a university degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Professional qualifications in project management and, ideally, change management.
An experienced and technically adept project manager capable of effectively leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
Able to guide significant projects and change initiatives in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
Capable of comprehending the strategic priorities of the Commercial sector, articulating them clearly to gain support, and ensuring that projects and resources are prioritized effectively to achieve strategic objectives.
