Job Summary

Venesky Brown is seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join our team in Edinburgh. As an Operations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the facilities are always ready for use, including equipment and amenities.
  • Operate audio-visual and document display systems, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Provide reception duties, including receiving visitors and managing mail.
  • Manage web-based meetings and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Set up workstations with IT hardware and support colleagues with IT equipment.
  • Maintain a log of issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage office equipment and supplies.
  • Assist with Health & Safety activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support the Operations Team Leader with sub-contractor performance and Service Level Agreements.
  • Perform general administrative duties and adhere to established processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in facilities services or front of house services.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent administrative skills and working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs.
