JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary influencer marketing leader to co-manage our growing team. This individual will serve as the primary liaison with our internal and external stakeholders and will be accountable for nurturing long-term strategic partnerships. As a thought leader, they will maintain a progressive perspective on the influencer marketing landscape and how to effectively utilize it for our clients' benefit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, internal teams, and social media platforms.
- Act as a representative for the organization.
- Stay informed on key market trends, enhancing team knowledge as necessary, and serve as our thought leader.
- Be the external representative with clients and the industry, contributing to new business initiatives and leading client presentations.
- Oversee influencer marketing strategies both internally and for clients.
- Develop and enhance the skills of our ambitious team as required.
- Collaborate with our Production Director to ensure an efficient, legally compliant, performance-driven, and technology-enabled process.
- Willingness to travel as needed and maintain a presence in the office to foster team collaboration.
