NEOUS is seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual for the role of E-commerce and Wholesale Coordinator.

Role Summary
This full-time position is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration between the Sales, Communications, and E-commerce departments. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, showcasing a strong aptitude for organization and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Responsibilities:
- Facilitate order processing and maintain daily communication with the warehouse.
- Generate and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align PR and social media initiatives with the online platform.
- Assist in the analysis of sales data and provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities in E-commerce and Wholesale on a regular basis to inform inventory strategies.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Wholesale Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for sales follow-up activities, including generating orders, invoicing, and returns.
- Engage with Wholesale clients to cultivate and maintain essential relationships.
- Assist in the organization of seasonal showroom logistics and manage buyer appointment schedules.
- Compile and distribute critical Wholesale documentation, including linesheets and performance reports.
- Support logistical requirements as necessary.
