Full time - London


The Wholesale & E-commerce Executive position at NEOUS is an opportunity to join a growing luxury footwear and accessories brand in London. This full-time role is ideal for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience in fashion wholesale and e-commerce who is self-motivated and organised.


In this position, you will focus primarily on the growth of wholesale sales, acting as a key link between the Sales, Communications, and E-commerce teams. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help ensure that all departments are aligned, processes are smooth, and clients receive excellent service in a timely manner for both E-commerce and wholesale.



This role offers a chance to develop your skills within an established brand that values innovation and quality. Proficiency with Shopify and Zedonk will be beneficial, along with critical thinking skills to tackle various challenges. Main responsibilities include:


SALES WHOLESALE:


  • Daily executive support on all sales aftercare: Generating OC’s, Invoicing, RA’s.
  • Liaise with all WHS clients & nurture key relationships. Support with seasonal showroom logistics & buyer appointments calendar
  • Collate & distribute key WHS documents: Linesheets, end of season reports, weekly & seasonal performance reports.
  • Supporting with logistics requirements.



SALES E-COMM:


  • Order transmitting & daily liaison with warehouse
  • Responsible for weekly & monthly performance reports
  • Liaise with Marketing to ensure synergy between PR / Social activities and website
  • Assist with all sales data analysis & ad hoc reporting
  • Identify business opportunities across E-com & WHS on a weekly and seasonal level that will inform reorders, replenishment, stock redirection, carryover & markdowns strategies.
  • Responding to customer enquires
