Senior Solicitor or Associate - Public Law & Human Rights

Simpson Millar is seeking a qualified Senior Solicitor or Associate to enhance our Public Law and Human Rights division. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of our esteemed, Chambers Ranked team.
As a member of our supportive and established group, you will engage in various aspects of public law, community care, and claims against public authorities, including inquest work. Your responsibilities will include representing vulnerable groups such as victims of trafficking, unaccompanied minors, and care leavers in civil claims and judicial reviews.
We are in search of a candidate capable of supervising and managing other solicitors handling public law judicial review caseloads while also managing their own workload. There are ample opportunities for career advancement and involvement in team management.

This role allows for a flexible work arrangement, balancing between home and our London office. We welcome applications for both full-time and part-time positions.
