The Opportunity

This is a remarkable opportunity for a Lead Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with 5-8 PQE to join a prominent firm that is establishing a strong presence in the legal market.

Corporate/Commercial law is central to the firm's operations, and you will collaborate closely with a highly skilled Corporate/Commercial Partner. The department engages with a wide array of industry sectors, including Financial Services, FMCG, Gaming, Hospitality, Media, Real Estate, Fashion, and Technology.

Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse caseload, ensuring a stimulating work experience. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Commercial contracts
  • Intellectual Property (IP)
  • Joint ventures and partnerships
  • Shareholders agreements
  • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Private equity
  • Start-ups and growth
  • Investor funds
