About Us

At MY Compliance Management Ltd, we're a dynamic family business in Cornwall known for our exceptional customer support. As we prepare to launch a new product, we're seeking a motivated individual to support our clients and manage their onboarding process. You'll receive comprehensive training and support from our Head of Customer Support and the rest of the team.



Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding and training of new customers via MS Teams, ensuring a seamless transition to our new software platform.
  • Software Testing: Collaborate with our development team to test our new software platform for issues and enhancements, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Provide effective solutions to client issues, demonstrating excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.


Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Prior experience with software tools is advantageous, but not required, as full training will be provided.
  • Business-to-business customer relations experience is preferred.
