Role and Responsibilities- Client Management: Maintain regular contact with a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding and training of new customers via MS Teams, ensuring a smooth transition to our new software platform.
- Software Testing: Test our new software platform for issues and enhancements, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Problem Solving: Provide solutions to client issues, demonstrating excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess a passion for helping people and strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software tools.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Experience: Prior experience with software tools is advantageous, but not required, as full training will be provided. Business-to-business customer relations experience is preferred.
- Competitive Salary: Competitive base salary (£22,000 to £25,000, depending on experience).
