Role and Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Maintain regular contact with a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding and training of new customers via MS Teams, ensuring a smooth transition to our new software platform.
  • Software Testing: Test our new software platform for issues and enhancements, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Provide solutions to client issues, demonstrating excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, fostering strong relationships.
Requirements
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess a passion for helping people and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software tools.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Experience: Prior experience with software tools is advantageous, but not required, as full training will be provided. Business-to-business customer relations experience is preferred.
