Senior Vice President of Custody Products

Position Overview: The Vice President of Custody Products at State Street plays a pivotal role in the transformation of our Global Product organization. This position focuses on the EMEA region, driving the strategy and execution of our custody offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Global Custody and Direct Custody Products across various client segments, including Asset Owners, Asset Managers, Insurance, and Official Institutions.
- Contribute to the strategic execution and commercial growth initiatives within the custody domain.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Global Delivery, Sales, Client Management, and Technology to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Report directly to the Head of EMEA Custody Product Management, working closely to shape the custody product strategy and prioritize investments.
- Engage with the Chief Commercial Officer's team to enhance revenue through direct client interactions and strategic proposals for custody services.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Global Custody, particularly within the EMEA landscape.
- Proven client management capabilities, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Previous experience in product management, product development, or operational leadership is advantageous.
