Position Overview: The Vice President of Custody Product Management is a pivotal role within State Street's Global Product organization, spearheading a transformative phase for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Global Custody and Direct Custody Products within the EMEA region, catering to diverse client segments such as Asset Owners, Asset Managers, Insurance entities, and Official Institutions.
- Contribute significantly to the execution of the Custody strategy, focusing on commercial growth and business development initiatives.
- Leverage deep expertise in Global Custody, emphasizing collaboration with internal teams across Global Delivery, Sales, Client Management, and Technology.
- Report directly to the Head of EMEA Custody Product Management, working closely to formulate and implement the custody product strategy, including ongoing priorities and annual investment decisions.
- Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer's organization to enhance revenue through direct client engagement, pitches, and crafting commercial propositions for new custody agreements and renewals.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional client management skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Prior experience in product management, product development, or operational leadership roles is advantageous.
