We are in search of a detail-oriented and committed individual to take on the role of Regulatory Compliance Supervisor. This position is crucial for ensuring that all compliance obligations are thoroughly addressed and managed.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance-related activities, which include maintaining vital documentation such as identification verifications, background checks, and reference validations.
Key Duties:
- Manage and supervise the compliance structure within the healthcare facility.
- Ensure that all personnel records are current, including identification verifications, background checks, and reference documentation.
- Perform regular assessments to guarantee ongoing adherence to regulatory standards.
- Offer training and support to team members regarding compliance issues.

- Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a compliance position, ideally within the healthcare sector.

- Ability to operate independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
