About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Pensions Administrator to join our team at Intertek. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our payroll and pension processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll and pension functions, including reporting and reconciliation
  • Support the implementation of our HR Technology Roadmap
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and payroll providers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including CMC (Core Mandatory Controls) Payroll and Pension Compliance
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Collaborate with the HR team to resolve payroll and pension-related issues

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in payroll and pensions, with excellent IT literacy skills and the ability to work at pace. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners.
