About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Pensions Administrator to join our team at Intertek. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting 100% CMC Payroll and Pension Compliance, and delivery of the HR Technology Roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll/pension function inc. reporting
  • Assist with P11D benefit solution
  • Absence Management
  • Reconciliation of Edenred childcare vouchers
  • Provision of Sick calculations upon request
  • Statutory Calculations: Maternity, Paternities, AOE
  • Updating of Address changes, UPN changes
  • Assisting with Audit Requirements
  • Provision of National Statistics forms
  • Case Management: Answer payroll provider queries/Employee queries
