Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Portfolio Payroll is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for processing payrolls, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  2. Manage employee data, including payroll, benefits, and tax information
  3. Ensure compliance with HMRC payroll regulations and company policies
  4. Assist with payroll reviews and audits
  5. Generate payroll reports and input data into SAP
  6. Support the Payroll Manager with various tasks and projects

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of payroll experience
  2. Knowledge of pensions and tax regulations
  3. Familiarity with HMRC payroll regulations
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills
