We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll and Pensions Administrator to join our team at Intertek. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll and pension processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with payroll and pension functions, including reporting and reconciliation.
  • Support the implementation of HR technology solutions.
  • Manage absence and leave policies.
  • Process and reconcile Edenred childcare vouchers.
  • Provide sick leave calculations and statutory calculations.
  • Update employee records and maintain accurate data.
  • Assist with audit requirements and provide national statistics forms.
  • Manage payroll provider and employee queries.
