Key Responsibilities- Assist with payroll and pension functions, including reporting and reconciliation.
- Support the implementation of HR technology solutions.
- Manage absence and leave policies.
- Process and reconcile Edenred childcare vouchers.
- Provide sick leave calculations and statutory calculations.
- Update employee records and maintain accurate data.
- Assist with audit requirements and provide national statistics forms.
- Manage payroll provider and employee queries.
