Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience for patients and visitors
  • Managing appointments, prescription requests, and general administrative tasks
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and external partners
  • Utilizing IT systems, including SystmOne, to manage patient data and administrative tasks

Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a General Practice setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with SystmOne
  • A positive and can-do attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
